One of my favorite moments of the week came during a conversation with an MSP at lunch. I asked, “What’s the most interesting thing you’ve learned so far?”

His answer was, “I’m not using enough of the Kaseya portfolio.”

We talked about how, when you first buy an iPhone, it’s good. Then you add an iPad, and it gets a little better. Then AirPods and a MacBook. The more pieces you add to the ecosystem, the more the benefits compound, and each product becomes more valuable because of the others around it.

The GM of the cyber resilience line had a great quote on the main stage. He said, “These might not be the shiniest features, but they’re the ones that affect your Monday morning.” Anyone who has worked in cyber resilience knows exactly how true that is.

I also liked what the CEO said during the opening keynote when she repeatedly emphasized, “We’re building this on your behalf.” That really demonstrates how much they’re listening and how outcome focused they are, not only for customers, but for the MSPs themselves.

If I were going to add my own takeaway, it would be this: the AI layer, Kaseya Intelligence, is absolutely the foundation on which their next chapter and future success will be built.

If they succeed in integrating their cyber resilience portfolio, cybersecurity capabilities, and ticketing systems into a unified platform where every component adds value to the others, they could end up with something truly differentiated. More importantly, that value would extend not only to subscribing customers, but to the MSP ecosystem as a whole.

It’ll be interesting to see how all of this develops throughout 2026 and beyond.
